La Loggia

You enter the first floor of Casabianca through the main door and find yourself in the 14th-century old tower section, now being the dining-room with a 15th century fire-place and a big dining-table seating up to 12 people.  You reach the highly modern designer kitchen, which is fully equipped to satisfy high standard cooking habits, through an old stone doorway. The comfortable master bedroom with a double-bed of tuscan origin has an ante-dressing-room and a very spacious bathroom, the colorful tiles of which blend beautifully with the unusual wallcolor.
You reach the second floor by the hand-forged iron staircase bringing you to the living room, this one being the last section of the three-.storeyed tower. A wide passage leads to the other rooms. The two big bedrooms with their two bathrooms offer spectacular views onto the surroundings. The  600 year old ceiling-beams and handcrafted tiles let you appreciate the original architecture and structure of the house.  5 m high ceilings and 80 cm thick stone walls provide a comfortable coolness in summer.

Villa First floor (120 m²):
1 living-dining room seating up to 12 people with large fire-place
1 fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing-machine
1 bathroom with 2 wash basins, 1 shower cabin, 1 bath-tub,  WC and    bidet
1 master-bedroom with dressing area

Villa Second floor (120 m²):
1 living-room with satellite TV
1 bathroom with wash basin, shower-cabin, WC and bidet
1 bathroom with wash basin, bath-tub and shower, WC and bidet
1 master-bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with twin beds (convertable into double bed)

The Villa and the Apartment have central gas-heating. Each floor has an individual gas-metre.
