Cooking classes
The cooking classes at Casabianca are an experience you will not forget easily. Roberto will teach you anything you would like to know, from Pizza to Pasta to Gourmet…
He likes phantasy and creativity in the kitchen and knows all the secrets to making all the dishes taste special. Whenever possible he will be using seasonal vegetables from our own vegetable garden and choose the right wine to accompany each dish.
If you are interested in a cooking class with Roberto during your stay please request it before arrival.

In-House Wine Tastings
Enjoy a private wine tasting at Casabianca with our good friend and wine expert Riccardo. He will bring the wines, local cheeses, cold meats and bread to complement the wines. Please let us know in advance if you would like to book this service as Riccardo travels a lot due to his work and is not always available.

Ceramic lessons with Raku Technique
Roberto has his own studio on the premises of Casabianca and will be glad to introduce you to Raku, a Japanese ceramic technique dating back to the 16th Century. Depending on how much you would like to learn you can do your own vase or art object starting with shaping the piece you would like to create or just experiment with colouring existing pieces and finishing them with the Raku technique.

Wine Tours
Our wine tours are organized by Lorenza, a professional tour guide who runs her own agency. She can do half-day or full-day tours or mixed tours (half-day wine and half-day cheese). Depending on which tour you choose she will take you to two or more wineries in the area which include wine tasting. She is open to any special requests and our guests have always been very satisfied!

Florence
We can book on your behalf visits to the Accademia and to the Uffizi to save you from queuing for up to 3 hours!!

Walking or Trekking
We can arrange for you one-day walking tours with a professional but still enthusiastic guide. For organisational reasons it is necessary to receive a confirmed booking 2 months prior to arrival.

Horse Riding
You will only have to drive approximately 10 minutes to reach the recently opened stables.

Biking
If you are a keen biker than you will have many opportunities to try the hilly countryside around Casabianca with different grades of difficulty. This is biker’s paradise!
